TANNER H. HICKS
Our Owner and Managing Director, is a qualified Civil Engineer MEng (Hons) and has been involved in property since the age of 18 when he took on the refurbishment of a flat in Lymington. Ask him about the time he put a nail through a water pipe...
Having learnt very quickly on how not to do that again he has since built a very sizeable property portfolio.
He has extensive experience within property, a creative eye for how to maximise value and is in charge of all investment decisions.
Previously, Tanner worked as a Lender's Advisor and Project Manager for two large Engineering Consultancies in London. He has worked on major international projects such as Skopje International Airport, King Abdullah Economic City, London Olympic Park and London Heathrow Airport.
A keen sportsman, Tanner has completed the London Marathon, several triathlons and is always keeping active with golf, cycling and running. He is very family oriented and takes every opportunity to spend time with his wife and two daughters.
